The second group of 30 countries in which there could be collectively around 2250 aHUS patients is listed below.
The aHUS patients would mainly be in Indonesia, Ghana, Congo and Ethiopia if global average survival rate applies.
Together with the previous list they make up 60 countries for which there is no known connection with an aHUS patient.
The Falklands, Gibraltar, Greenland and Guadalupe do not have enough population to have at least one aHUS patient.
Anyone knowing or hearing of any aHUS patients in any of the other countries is asked to let us know so that we can add them to the aHUS Town Map.
